Ive decided to quit my diet, I started in May and was told that in 17 weeks, Id reach my goal weight if I stuck with the program. Well its been 20 weeks and Ive only lost 21 pounds, and Ive spent over 800 dollars. So Ive decided that Im instead gonna start eating right and work out 2 to 3 days a week and hopefully that will help me lose the rest.
