Holy crap! You still have that picture? I remember when we drew that at lunch. Everybody took turns adding a line. I like how Mike Kehoe's shoe is smiling.
That is a huge pet peeve of mine, when people quote excessively. Like this guy I know named Evans Ehardt. UGH! (You would hate Evans, Matt. He's kind of like a clone of Will Ferrell.) It's okay occasionally, and even then, I always make sure to give proper credit, or else I feel bad. I hate when somebody says something funny and you think, "Oh wow, they are clever and original." Then you find out later that they were quoting a movie. Or when you say something funny that you made up yourself and somebody says, "What's that from? You have to be quoting something!" Did it ever occur that maybe real people are funny too and that pop culture doesn't have a monopoly on comedy? Gee whiz!
I would apologize for taking up space on your journal, but I'm really not sorry.
