I now see why Boy Meets World hit me so hard when I was younger.
It is about a boy, with a best friend, a faithful girlfriend, two responsible parents who love each other, an older brother, a younger sister, and a mentor who is genuinely concerned in the outcome of this boy's life.
I've never had any one of these things.

I didn't realize just how blessed I was to have great loving parents until I moved away from them. 9/10 people have divorced or fighting parents, it seems. I'm shocked and I'm having a hard time understanding why so many parents keep getting it wrong.
