Last Friday's trip to Cooper's Pit BBQ was postponed til today. After work I met John at Ricky's and we drove down to New Braunfels, where Cooper's has opened a second store. Kyu met us there. It was just as delicious as I remembered. Brisket was still the king (and the sauce still a laughingstock), but the pork ribs came awfully close to unseating
