today started bad and just got worse. me and my dad got into a fight..... a fist fight, not cool. school we played duck duck goose 2nd period and thats about it. my mr.r prohject was good and tech was ok. then i get home my dad the asshole strikes. you see i was gona chill with lisa but hes like NO! thats it. i can think of more words to say when

Did you get in two fights with your dad? One this morning and afternoon? I think your dad's been around the house to long and with the medication and stress about the house he's gone MAD crazed! My dad lost his job at the beginning of my high school year and when we was always around it was the same, except of course he was fighting a 95 pd girl. Well Matt I think you need to stop showing your aggression. Like when you told me on the phone that you kicked the trash can. That showed your dad he had to brace himself for a fight possible, which probably got him more rowdy. You need to take the risk of just getting up and leaving the house for an hour. I think it would be healthier for the both of u. Do u have a cell phone? Leave with it and call home 10 mins later and let them know your okay. Then they have no real reason to call the cops. well hope your sleep is calming.
PS-don't apologize so much, you have many days ahead to spend. Summer and your b-day is almost here as well.
