dont be so down on yourself. cheer up! you seem like a great guy, who has a lot going for him. you need some self confidence. you arent ready to share your heart until you truly love yourself. thats one lesson ive found out the hard way :)

Sorry I didn't go out with you to the show tonight. Nick is sick from donating blood with me this morning. I feel like it's my fault since I told him to go with me.

But Matt C you need to talk to my friend Dave H (joe's friend). He is in his last year of schooling for physical therapy. He loves to make programs and exerices for me and friends. Free of charge cause he likes the practice(that's s a $50-100 per hour sorta thing). He's serious about his job and will help you for free. He'll know what you need to get the results you want. Trust me starving yourself is no good. When you don't eat right you get mood swings (anger, depression, lathargic behaviors). No to mention the fat you do have won't dispear healthly so when you are skinny you'll be extremly weak and need serious help! Get back to me if your interested and I'll call Dave.
