Greetings, journal. It's been awhile. Its like 1-something in the morning, I'm supposed to be up in a few hours to talk to my parents. I have to go to school in the morning, around 10 I believe. I've just had a few things on my mind I guess. This summer went by way too fast. It makes sense I guess, I worked 40 hours a week (at minimum wage, gah)

although i'm still stuck in the wonderful realm of high school, i've come to accept that most of my friends have too many responsibilities to just hang around all the time. I try to be readily available to hang out whenever anyone can, because time is limited. just want to let you know... i'll be around.

we didn't accomplish our transparent goals for the band this summer. it seems that responsibilty has taken up the better part of everyone's time. No matter where this world takes us, remember to always keep up with your playing. Don't be intimidated by others, use them as a source of inspiration. You're a talented fellow, keep it up.

Your friends may do some stupid things, but remember, they are your friends, don't let anything/anyone take that away. We'll get this crew together, i see this time as just a short break. enough ramble, i'm gonna bust outta here.
