Today's musing is on the legalization of marijuana. For the record, I have never smoked marijuana, and I don't plan on ever smoking marijuana. However, I've read the writings and heard the words of various marijuana activists, and their arguments have led me to believe that marijuana could be legal as long as it is strictly regulated.
