I haven't posted anything here in a while. The combination of a busted laptop and nothing of interest to say about one's life is a potent one! This time, however, I have news: my book is done. Oh, I'm sure some editor will want to rip big 'ol holes in it, and then I have to find someone to publish it, but it's ready. I know everyone talks about

You are an author. You have authored a book.

Send it out, all over the place, to all the good agents. If you get it back, send it out again. I have faith in you and I know you write *very* well. This book will see the light of day. And one day, I'll hold the finished book in my hands (or in my hands on my Kindle if you decide to go ebook only) and I'll say "My brother wrote this. Now leave me alone, I'm reading" :D
