There are times when I think that Customer Service just isn't for me. I like helping people. Genuinely, I do. But there are just far too many people out there who don't want to be helped

don't EVER work for a call center, or a market research company, or for anyone who constantly deals with the public over-the-phone.
because about 1 in every 20 of them are like this. they're stupid and impatient, and they completely disregard the fact that you are another human being. it's much like traffic.
