i'm in new orleans!

i am in new orleans doing solidarity work and i have been completely crap at telling people about it. so i made a journal today, and put in past emails to family in it. so if you are curious about my experiences here, which are both myraid and interesting, go read it. and friend it. yeah.

Hey Matty! it's good to read about your time in New Orleans, especially because I can go "Hey! I was there! Oh, hey, I did that!"
I know that there are a lot of things about Common Ground that are hard and I admire you for perservering through them. It's awesome that you got plugged into the AR/AO stuff. I feel like I would have enjoyed my time down there a lot more if I had been doing that. The first time I was there, though, they hadn't even started to *think* about AR programming, so they've definitely come a long way.
