I was just thinking...if evolution was so brilliant and efficient, why haven't humans been able to develop a digestive system that produces edible by-products? Gross you say? Perhaps...but if my urine was, say, some sort of fruit juice, then survival would be easier if I had to fend for myself on a desert island. Mmmmm and maybe some chicken

How would your body turn digested food of any sort of nutritional category (be it grains, fruits, what have you) to chicken? Somehow your digestive track would have to turn vegetables, other meats, and snack foods into an egg, hatch it, cook it, and allow you to poop it out in some sort of chickeny food.
And what if you were feeling sick one day? Would the chicken taste off? Who knows.
A very complex idea you propose, m'dear, very complex.
How did you get to thinking about this? How I love that brain of yours!
