We went to a place called The Kata Bar a few years ago, which I believe is still going. Wasn't overly impressed, although the coffin in the floor was a nice touch.

If nothing else, you can go there to pick up flyers for better places! Also, Pigalle's a nice part of the city... kind of like Paris's version of Soho.
