Here in Cuyahoga, with all of our corruption investigations and arrests of the democrats in the area, the people still nearly elected all democrats to the positions. Hell, even a judge, who is out on bond after being arrested by the FBI for corruption, managed to get over 120,000 votes.

Isn't it amazing? The city has lost population, there is massive corruption, and nothing about Cleveland has gotten any better. And yet almost every person in government has a D by their name (including the again-elected Kucinich who as former mayor of the city bankrupted it). While I'm sorry it is a blight out your way, those people are getting everything they deserve living in debt and many forms of squalor. I think it is like a beaten wife that always goes back to her abusive husband and when confronted she just says "Bhuuuut he luuuuuuves mea!"
