Hilariously, I just watched "The My Two Dads" last night. I love it! It's legit awesome (I mean, fourth-season awesome, not first-season awesome, obv).

Sometimes Im in the mood for silliness (season 2) , serious angst (end of 2, beginning of 4), quality (most of season 1) . HotRyan - sadly too few episodes IMHO.... Sigh.

Look! It's the lesser spotted Maudgonne!

I'm planning to have a full rewatch this winter, because truthfully I've forgotten so much of the show, but on every level the pilot and the first series finale are so incredibly well executed.

In this age of high profile shows producing disappointing finales, I also believe that the OC's swan song is a really good example of how to bow out; with storylines tied up and emotional satisfaction for the audience.

we should do some selected rewatching when you come over next month (btw, remind me of your exact dates, lady - I know the weekend, but when are you arriving/leaving?)

And I agree - it was pretty decent of JS to tie up all the loose ends at the end!

Also, heavens, I have forgotten the titles of so many of those - and indeed what the hell happened in them - I probably should rewatch alot. As if I didn't have another bazillion things to watch/read etc...

Okay, basically everything from Season Four needs to be higher up. Also, The Telenovela was so good. And I mean, the pilot is pretty great, but it wasn't the BEST episode ever. Plus, The Mallpisode was terrible, what was this person thinking.

(Hi. This is random and I almost never use LJ for anything besides reading ONTD or whatever, but I had an urge to reread some old OC fanfic and saw yours was locked. Any chance I could be friended and relive some fandom nostalgia? Totally understand if not. Thanks!)

Yeah, of course!

Agreed on S4. And the Mallpisode is so terrible, as are a bunch of S2 episodes that were rated way too high. This person was very wrong about many things!
