Weight loss has been with the South Beach Diet. Low carb, and good carbs. It's been steady and easy to hop back on when we've been off for a special occasion. Whole wheat, brown rice, lo carb torillas, and low fat protein, like cheese sticks, and chicken breasts, as well as yummy chile rellenos from a recipe i tweaked!
Good for you for getting a trainer. The personal attention should be very helpful! I have to enroll in the YMCA this month. Thank God they have childcare! Then I can read while i use the recumbent bike! Two birds with one stone!
