The UPS ppl delievered it to the USPS to deliver to me, it was Dropped on the porch and abandoned there by the post office!! I never saw it and they seem to have a way out or around this... I'm not sure just what Can be done at this point other than to file complaints with the post office for not making sure the addressee received it (me) and pray that I will somehow be able to be re-embursed for the confusion and loss of items. :/
