Well, I think the Mohler Beach Bungalow is pretty much sold. We were faxed a contract for the amount of money we were aiming for and we have no choice but to accept it. We just have no clue when we have to move out or where we will be living. My dad has a few career paths he could take:

1) Selling and marketing an already well-established magazine
