Okay, I'm the first to admit that I'm a total sucker for a musical, whether it be an actual live version of one of the many Broadway shows (i.e. Chicago, Les Miserables, or Wicked), or movie versions such as Grease, Hairspray, or High School Musical. OMG, EMM! I LOVED GLEE SO MUCH!!!! Seriously, I'm a little in love with the entire show. It's just amazing... all the music is amazing... and it's funny too. I think it may be my new obsession.

YAY! I'm so glad you saw it and loved it as much as I did. I'm right there with you on the obsessive thing. I'm totally making some icons. *laughs* I thought it was a really well-written, funny, and touching show and I can't wait to see more in the fall. We'll have to discuss lots and lots!

I'm not a musical person. The only one I can stomach is "Rent" but this show looked really cool. I meant to watch it, but life got in the way and I forgot it was on. I'm so glad you liked it and I'll have to find a download so I can see what I think. *grin* **hugs**

I had never heard of this until your post. I rarely watch FOX so I didn't even know it was on. Since there's been so much buzz on the LJ about it, I decided to try to hunt it down to watch the episode. And I did. I really liked it. Loved the music they had and loved that they integrated older music with more contemporary music. I really liked Will and that he loves what he does and encourages the kids, like a real teacher should.

I was in choir in high school. Was even choir president in my senior year (yes, uber geek, lol). I miss that and I'm jealous that you still participate in a singing group. That's fantastic! Thanks for turning me on to this show. I hope I can remember to watch it in the Fall. *hugs*

I'm so glad you watched and enjoyed it, Sharon. I really liked Will, and his dedication to the students, too.

Yes, I am very lucky to be a part of my vocal group. It's just a bunch of like-minded people who get together every week to sing. We do some performances, but not many. Bascially, it's all for fun.

Oh, don't you worry about remembering to watch come fall. I'll remind you. *grin*
