I wouldn't say you screwed your college & future career plans over.

When I started college, I believed I wanted a career in a certain field, well it turned out that's not the type of career that I had wanted, and I ended up choosing the wrong major. I wasted two semesters of college, and in the end wasted a lot of my money that I had saved up for college.

Believe me, it's better to take a semester or a year's worth of time, and reconsider what you want to do with your life. I wish very much that I could've had an oppurtunity to realize and reconsider my choice.

Don't worry, just take a bit to sit back and you'll eventually find what you're truly wanting to do in life as a career.

Also, I'm going to call you some day soon. I would really like to get back into touch, been missing you quite a bit.
