I've seen a film for the third time, if my memory doesn't betray me, the movie is:Meet Joe Black. It is a celebration of America; American life style, American democracy, American way of doing business and all other American values: honor, tenacity and above all love and family.You remember the story, for me a rich man, who knows he is going to die

You list honour, tenacity, love and family, so that's four American values.
The rich man is a third person singular, so "have" becomes "has".

"to think" is a verb. The noun is "a thought".
The man probably has to think about a thousand things.

In the construction with "who knows", you should repeat a personal pronoun, so, "who knows (that) he is going to die". "That" is optional, I think.
