Kefka? [He appears on the screen after his voice comes through it, like he replied to it before the device actually warmed up. Stein lights a cigarette and breathes out thoughtful smoke.] What is he like?

Apparently he calls himself a "god of magic" or something. Mad, too. Hears voices and stuff. Dresses like a clown.

I only got to see the aftermath of someone's encounter with him.

That's all I know for now -- but I think we should keep an eye open.

I'm not sure; I saw a girl over the video feed covered in burns and injuries, and she claimed it was because of that Kefka guy.
