As is well documented I had some drama not very long ago and I was expecting this to consume me for a good 3-4 months, instead turns out it was only about a week. This worries me slightly because it may mean I'm bottling something up, but then again, maybe I'm doing the right thing. At the end of the day I said "Pick yourself up and get on with it
