I'm glad you came.
Last night dizzydame pointed out the 100 favourite things blog challenge. While I did take the challenge up on my other blog (more on that later) the challenge reminded me of another 100 list I had done quite some time ago... Well, I felt like re-doing that list again. So, I present: 100 Things about dizzydame That Make Her Awesome
1. She talks on the phone with me on my way home from work. My commute isn't a long one but it makes the ride way more awesome to get to talk to your best friend after dealing with other people talking to you for nine hours.
2. She is my constant con companion. For real, I could not imagine going to a con without Mandeh there with me or not spending the time bouncing with her with excitement.
3. She has awesome cats. No really, they are awesome cats. One is even named Ninja and only a cat that was amazing could be named Ninja.
4. She is an incredibly giving person to her friends and others.
5. She is a resourceful person.
6. She is awesome at the twitters. Really if there was an award for winning the twitter-verse, pretty sure Mandeh would have won it by now.
7. She flails with me over small things. Like pictures of frenchies.
8. She introduces me to new things, like new tv shows.
9. She started up her own blog to help with winning twitter prizes and now people are contacting her to send her stuff to review because of how awesome she is.
10. She helps remind me of things I need to do when I am unable to remember anything (which is freaking useful).
11. She paints her toenails red all the time.
12. She is forgiving.
13. Her loyalty to her friends is amazing.
14. She is a brilliant writer.
15. She is funny.
16. She makes me have a better day just by talking to me.
17. She flails with me when I flail over Freema.
18. She loves Claudia Black and flails at me to flail with her over something new/awesome that she's done.
19. We're both able to mutually flail over how much we love Ben Browder.
20. She watches TV shows/movies with me.
21. She looks up medical symptoms online for me when I'm having a hypochondria attack and reminds me that no I do not have prostate cancer.
22. She is an awesome drawer on Draw Something and capable of depicting a wide variety of subject media.
23. She loves Farscape.
24. She is an amazing Cam Mitchell.
25. She doesn't mind sitting in a line for four hours with me on a cold tile floor so we can get as close as possible to see Ben (which isn't as close as it sometimes should be).
26. We're going to Disneyworld.
27. Her ability to win awesome stuff from blogs and twitters is awesome.
28. She is an awesome RPer. <3
29. She is thoughtful.
30. She is very huggable.
31. And glompable.
32. She loves Stargate SG-1. But not as much as Farscape.
33. And she knows the real canon ship on SG-1, Cam/Vala.
34. And did I mention writes awesome fic for them? Cause that too.
35. While our musical tastes are not the same, she has given me a lot of really cool new artists and bands and songs to listen to over the years that I love. People like Slim Dusty, Steve Forbert, Kasey Chambers... Bet you didn't know I had some of their songs didja?
36. She helps run farscape_land with me (and Jo) and does an awesome job of it.
37. She is able to do 100 million things and not go nuts with everything she has to do.
38. She single handedly learned how to run a small social media/marketing blogging page. Something that still astounds me.
39. And she's helping me learn how to do it too. Which is also astounding.
40. She reads all of my fic and is always the first person to encourage me to keep going. She always makes me feel like what I wrote was the most awesome thing ever. Even though its probably not.
41. She loves Judy Garland.
42. She has a love for otters.
43. And is unable to eat choklit bunnies ones without giggling. Perhaps maniacally.
44. She loves Dr Who. And made me watch Donna's run when I was sulking from losing Martha and making me realise how awesome Donna really is.
45. She immediately called me on my way to work just to tell me Ben Browder was cast in Doctor Who.
46. She is the only person I feel I could tell anything to.
47. She knows all my kinks and never judged them. more like encouraged
48. She makes awesome looking noms. Like an eclair cake? wtf! I didn't know there WAS such a thing!
49. She is understanding of my bounciness.
50. She not only tolerates all of my crack ideas, she encourages them. From strippers to Sam Brody from Party of Five to d/s universe, she enjoys it.
51. She loves comic books.
52. And kick-ass women.
53. She's a democrat. which just obviously increases the awesome.
54. She encourages me all the time.
55. And knocks sense in to me when its needed. Read: frequently.
56. She is apparently also an awesome cook as what she made for dinner sounds awesome and I want some.
57. She loves animals and was one of the first people to tell me about puppy mills and rescuing dogs (I didn't believe her art first with the whole mill thing as who would do that to puppies? But she was the first one who helped open my eyes and also led me to getting my dog Zoe).
58. She is an amazing friend.
59. She has fandom bears for her fandoms and they are awesome.
60. She loves LOTR and Billy & Dom which is how I met her in the first place.
61. She has great sarcastic wit.
62. She gives awesome hugs.
63. She has Charlie Bear.
64. She doesn't mind when I send icons to her that I've done and demand an opinion of them.
65. She adores Jim Henson and the Muppets. Which I think is just a show of good character and good taste.
66. She loves the Wizard of Oz and I have a feeling that if I asked her, she could probably recite every line of the movie for me. Perhaps with hand puppets.
67. She waits by the phone and the internet with me on a random day in October for 8 am Eastern time to strike. And knows how important that is.
68. She has a fandom wall full of memorabilia, pictures and toys that is just awesome. I love it.
69. Her ability to turn anything into something fandom-esque is awesome. I'm looking at you dogtags and pencil bag and notepad that are AMAZING. And that I want.
70. Her hair looks awesome in pigtails. Not everyone can rock that look. Mandeh and Claudia Black.
71. She is fiercely protective of her friends and family.
72. She is undeniably creative.
73. She asked me to go to New York with her.
74. And now has to sneak me into parties.
75. She is a geek and a nerd. And can tell you who Blizzard is.
76. She is addicted to the internet. Not like I'm casting stones here though.
77. Her ringtone is Ben singing. How awesome is that?
78. She got a minor in history so she can geek out with me over awesomely nerdy history things.
79. She is an incredibly dedicated person.

82. She loves Jeff/Annie. And was the person I saw talking/tweeting the most about Community, which made me go, huh I wonder what this show is about. And also then made me go JEFF/ANNNNIIIIIEEE!

84. She has this amazing google-fu that I can't even describe. Like I think she could find out just about anything about anything. I find this power awesome but also a little bit frightening.
85. She is able to jump from discussing the intricate plot points of any given show to how well the main characters boobs look with surprising dexterity.
86. She helps keep me sane when I have a breakdown or an anxiety attack.
87. She will be there for a friend whenever they need someone. No questions asked.
88. She loves chicken tenders.
89. She has a lightsaber. Which makes me uber jealous.
90. She grew up watching Star Trek and loves it. And may have even got me into the show. :P
91. She knows all the dark and dirty things about me and accepts me.
