I'll be on my way to California. While I'm excited I'm also very nervous. It will be good to go alone.

I'll meet with Davis advisors and Los Rios Advisors.
I'll get a bunch of literature and papers on what I need to do to get in.
I might get on the experimental vineyard.
I might get into some labs.
It should be fun.

There is nothing better in the world than when someone we love gets what they want/need. I smile to think of you in California, living what you want to live. Dinner on Monday evening? You, me and lets get Tim to go. The three of us for Italian on the hill, my treat. We'd make a funny family but lets pretend that's what we are and forget anything serious for the night. We'll celebrate your good fortune in going to California to pursue your dream. You will be fine there. Mawgui will be fine in my care.
