but at 7am the neighbor's tree (the one I've been muttering about since the day we moved in) fell into our house. And in the rain, with a flashlight at 7:19 it didn't seem to be Terribly bad,..maybe just the facia. Or whatever it's called. But still. And now I think I might could go back to sleep til 8 when I have to call the insurance people

We've yet to know much about the roof and the headache it may cause...so far it's the deductible on the insurance - but the owner of the tree should have to pay that back..

mom told me about the tree...our bartender at work had a tree fall on his car...the owner of the house says it's not his fault and curt's car insurance doesn't cover it...he's just screwed...
