esteven, have you lost the rest of your mind????

Which I have in my hands the most wonderful book - a book I didn´t know existed but always dreamed of reading one day if it ever was written before I was all wrinkly, because it´s the kind of book the Spanish *should* have compiled very long ago but never did, either out of shame or sheer laziness.

But the English, bless their sporting spirit, wrote it, compiled it, and filled it with the most complete, gorgeously photographed and presented, and best explained images, maps, drawings and technical plans I´ve beheld outside the (limited access) collection of the Museo Naval de Cádiz.

Which this jewel (which I daresay not even the fellows in El Sollado have it, or know of it yet) is:

"Trafalgar and the Spanish Navy: The Spanish Experience Of Sea Power", by John D. Harbron

I haven´t started perusing it yet, and already I´m smitten by just leafing through it - it´s so, so fascinating, complete, and detailed (shipbuilding! Articles of War! navigation! sailmaking! m´men formation! And the stories of all commanders of the Armada and their ships - extra chapter for my beloved Santísima Trinidad - which fought at Trafalgar, before, and after!)

Em... how can I reciprocate for this one, especially, so precious to any Spanish Armada buff??
