Intriguing. I like how you list the BBC Radiophonic workshop as an influence. I like "Jazz" and "Untitled #2" the best. "Hyperbole" and "Untitled #1" need a B section, I think.

I'll admit that it took me a few listens to get into it (which is why I'd never be a good music critic working under a deadline), but I totally love From the Bureau of Robotic Affairs. I've rated most of the tracks in iTunes with 4 or 5 stars, with only four songs with 3 stars, and nothing with a lower rating. My 5-star favorites:

-- Pathways to Progress & Eyes to Space (MUST be played together)
-- Dear Sir
-- Destructive Behavior
-- Architect Humbled By Airport Collapse

Y'all's skillz are amazing, and yet it's amazing that the songs are additionally so tuneful. And all the lyrics are so well done. You guys really can do it all.

Basically, I love that whole album from start to finish, and Max can attest that I have mourned never seeing an Eyes to Space performance.

I'll stop gushing now.
