so i have officially been smoke-free for 42 hours... IT SUCKS!!! i just wanna scream... i have bitten so many heads off today it is not funny... i was at work on the phone with a customer and almost cussed him out... not smoking makes me wanna eat... being bored makes me wanna smoke... omg... what a dilemma!!!! i think i quit way to fast at 1 time
