Attention All Cam Org Members
Below is the info for a Sanctioned Cam Charity Event that I'm hosting. It will take place September 10th (this Saturday).

Alright everyone, it's time to get charitable.
I have organized a charity event for this Saturday, September 10th.
First and foremost, please realize the site is my parents home, so try and be respectful of their property.
Secondly, this will be a Non-Alcoholic Event. Sorry for this, but it was the only way I could get the site.
I'll try and find a place for you party animals to hang out and drink at after the event, though no promises.
REQUIREMENTS : These are simple. All we require is that you either donate $2 for a site fee or one non-perishable item that we can give to charity (whether it be canned food, blankets, pet supplies, paper towels or whatever). All proceeds (including the site fee) will be donated as follows : Cash will go to the American Red Cross, pet supplies will go to the Houston SPCA, and all other items will go to the Houston Area shelters (Shai is suppose to be figuring out which one will be our primary drop off point).
Food will be provided, though the extent of which has yet to be seen. I'm in the process of trying to get a grill, though it hasn't been confirmed yet. I'll also need to get someone to do the cooking. An associate of mine that works for Sysco is going to try and pull me something for ya'll to eat as well, but it's still up in the air as to whether he can.
The schedule is as follows :
Noon : Official start time. At that point you will be able to socialize, eat food, and play in the pool.
1pm to 5pm : There will be a sanctioned changeling game ran by Houston's Changeling VST Ben. He was kind enough to donate his time on short notice, and we love him for it.
1pm to 3pm : For those that don't play Changeling, we will have two board games being Demo'd. Arkham Horror and Betrayal at House on the Hill.
3pm to 5pm : We will be running a second Demo starting at 3pm to give plenty of time for everyone who's interested to check out both games if at all possible.
5:30 pm to 7pm (aprox) : We will be holding a charity auction. I have a large number of World of Darkness books from before and up to the Time of Judgement. I will also have a couple of the new World of Darkness books as well. Not only that, we'll have a couple of board games, at least one huge stuffed dragon, and a print (unframed) by artist Alain Viesca. Other items have been promised, but I won't put them on the list until they are in my possesion. For a more complete/specific list of items, please contact me directly.
7pm to Midnight : To Be Announced. I was hoping for a Requiem game, but I've been having trouble with the mailing lists, so my plea to STs hasn't even reached them yet. If I can't get a Requiem ST, we'll either have a soft RP event if enough people express interest, or I'll organize something else.
If anyone has any suggestions, or would like the soft RP, let me know. Also, if anyone would like to volunteer to help (as a cook, to bring stuff, to run something, to act as a narrator if needed, ect) please contact me. Consider me available 24/7 until this event happens.
