I love this just as much as the first part, if not moreso. You nailed the characterization in here, on both Sylar and Mohinder. My favorite bit in here is when Mohinder is actually considering helping Sylar, but then he realizes that he can't, not if he still has a choice, and the line about him achieving redemption through sacrificing himself is absolutely brilliant, IMO. As for Sylar, you really get him, and your presentation of his characterization is awesome because you did it through his dialogue and actions. This fic was practically playing out in my head like a scene in an episode would - especially Sylar's lines - and that can be hard to get across in fic, so kudos to you for doing that here! I also thought that Sylar turning into Nathan was a very nice touch on your part.

I'm glad to see that you're continuing this story, and I'm really interested in finding out where things will go from here! Fantastic job on this :D
