What would you like to know?

I'm seeking reference questions for a new collective librarian blog project. Questions on any topic- anything you've been meaning to look up somewhere, or anything you think you'd like to know. No question is too small, too big, or too weird! Hit us!

In what month of 2007 was Sarah Hall's The Carhullan Army published?

And, more generally, any advice on how to look up exact year (and ideally month) of original publication in a given country for a book?

I have lots of inexact methods currently and would love something more reliable.

Passed to the group! Thanks so much! (Although if you have an immediate deadline for this you may also want to give it to Your Local Librarian for backup.) My particular shtick in this group is answering questions if you don't happen to have access to a research library, and this one miiiight need that, but I'm gonna see what I can find!

Nahh, it can wait a couple of months. I urgently needed months for half of the books on the list, but while I was at it, tried to get them for all. This one only required a year for my immediate purposes, but since I tracked down viable months for all the other books on the list, the completist in me wants one for this too.

Also, I should say, it was published as Daughters of the North in the US. The Carhullan Army is its UK title. I would love publication months for both editions, but would happily make do with either.
