My long island iced tea/lemondrop martini buzz is wearing off, so I should probably go to bed. I found out the menu for our company holiday party on the 15th today, and am looking forward to it muchly. It seems to be catered by the same people as last year, which means it will be delicious.
DINNER MENU
SALAD:
Gorgonzola walnut salad with dried cranberries and citrus vinaigrette
MAIN COURSE:
Duet of Petite Filet Mignon with balsamic reduction sauce

Tiger prawns with crab meat and scallop stuffing with warm chipotle butter

Portobello mushroom with crouton and vegetable stuffing with beurre blanc sauce

(Yeah, I had to look that last one up - apparently it's a French dessert made to look like a Yule Log involving yellow cake filled with chocolate buttercream.)
