hey dudes. so i really didn't feel like doing work during this study...so i'm in the library doing nothing with alex....well, he's doing stuff...but whatever. and i'm incredibly sore from working out and pretty tired from getting about 4 hours of sleep. i'll bet this whole amount of time slept=amount of time working out isn't good for me. ah well.
