Brrr... I hate the cold. It's 8 degrees out and it feels even colder. I was going to say that Alison could make fun of me for not liking this weather, her being from canada and all, but it is warmer in canada than it is here

You should tell the complex Mgmt or tell them you will have the truck towed. That will get them to move it or not park there.
