I also have a very bad temper sometimes and i do tend to get angry very easily sometimes... *sigh* i have looked for professional help before, that's when i was taking my anti depressives, while taking them, i always was and felt much calm, i can't really remember of a time where i had been angry while taking the anti depressives, now that i stopped taking them, if anything goes against my wishes, i get so angry, easily... i wish i will be able to change this attitude soon
