and YYY on your getting more rest plans. the good part about a Kindle is that it's not backlit, so you don't get that same sort of stay-awake trigger in your brain.
...of couse, actual BOOKS work that way, TOO.
and maybe now that we've TURNED THE CORNER out of winter, things will improve! fingers crossed!
I am for this! These are exciting plans! I have a thing this Sunday, but any other time should be good.
And I've actually started listening to audiobooks (which I originally typed as books on tape, how OLD am I), because I've gotten used to falling asleep with noise in the background, and this way there's no computer light. Oddly, I am currently listening to Making Money. :D

Yeah, that's actually the first thing we checked. I was low, so I did 3 months of prescription vitamins and I've been taking supplements ever since, and now my levels are normal but nothing's actually changed. Alas. I was so excited when I thought that was the problem...
Yeah, hey - it was reasonable optimism! It would've been nice if that'd been it, but I hope they figure it out soon.
Also, I had this anxiety dream recently that had to do with shenanigans at customs, and it was very nice that even though you hadn't had problems with your passport, you kept hanging around reading your book for moral support for me till the customs guy told you that you couldn't do that anymore. :). Um, and I feel like there was something Else I was going to ask/tell you, but...

Have you had your vitamin D checked? I ask b/c mine was super-low, and once I got it back to normal levels I noticed a real difference...
