We're already friends on there (yay!!), but I'm spellseer130 and I just got Sorted into Ravenclaw, which made my swotty little heart swoon with delight. (I too had self-assessed for years as the house I was Sorted into, so I was very giddy indeed).

I loved what the Prefect letter said - acknowledging that 'Claws are as quirky and individualistic as they are intelligent, and implying that they encourage "unusual dress" in their house. Explains soooo much about Luna.

My wand is Ebony, 10 inches, hard, and phoenix feather core. You can find the Wandlore on both woods and cores in the sidebar/dropdown menus when you're in Ollivanders!!

Thanks, I had a hard time going back and finding it, Ollivander's isn't the most friendly spot for a return visit.

Apparently my giant wand is a sign of my "large personality." LOL. Also, the laurel wood? "has the unusual and engaging attribute of issuing a spontaneous lightning strike if another witch or wizard attempts to steal it." Hee!

Also, my first attempt at a "real" potion? I did yet another Neville and blew it up. Potions is not my strong suit, LOL.
