Question: Is Tom Cruise the kettle or the pot? I quoth the crazy man who could give Roderich Usher a run for his money: "Yes, of course. Are you really so arrogant as to believe we are alone in this universe?" Interesting choice of words, then again, ol' Tommy's been doing that a lot lately. I wonder if aliens are the reason people hear voices ( Read more... )

I don't believe those who don't think there aren't aliens are being arrogant, there is just a lack of evidence. Tom is such a douche. Why is he so arrogant to think he's the expert on prescribed drugs and medical treatments? Scientology is a wacky cult of thought...although I view all religions as wacky.

That's because all religions are indeed wacky. ;) But Scientology takes the cake. Other religions turn people into crazy fanatics, yes, but they also give them hope and such. Scientology, no matter what its followers tell you, is only good for the crazy-breeding. Hell, these people make Mormons look half-ass normal.

I wanted to see War of the Worlds for a while, but I am completely boycotting it. He's never been an outstanding actor and I hope that his dumbass-ness ruins his film career forever.

I liked Tom Cruise. I think he was great in The Last Samurai and I never really found any reason to dislike him. Lately however he's just been annoying. I didn't see those interviews where he voices his opinions on mental illness and drugs, but it probably would've pissed me off from what I've heard from people about the interviews. I really did want to see War of the Worlds because stuff about the 'unknown' interest me, but all this publicity with Katie and his antics are making me gag. I feel sorry for Dakota Fanning because I think she's a lovely little actress, but unfortunately I think quite a few people will miss this movie because of Tom.
