Went to Little Creatures for a mate's birthday celebration tonight. Toasting the table with a glass of lemon lime and bitters when every other bastard has a pint in their hand = NOT. Yeah, I can kinda relate to that - in fact, mood in general seems a little more stable and sunny. I'm still not sure if it's the lack of booze or the extra exercise. Realistically, though, I KNOW I'm really mood sensitive to refined sugars, and I suspect alcohol may work the same...hmm.
