[Fussing a little over her appearance would be a swimsuit-clad human!troll standing in front of a mirror. She's trying to figure out what looks 'nice' enough for this human pool party thing. Stupid human appearance.]

[ Ilsa sees a girl frowning at her appearance, and thinks nothing of handing the girl one of the bottles of sunscreen she brought from the drugstore. ]

Here, you don't want to ruin a good look with a sunburn.

Eh? [She takes the bottle and looks a little confused.]

What the heck am I supposed to do with this thing? [She normally sailed about at night due to being nocturnal, so this confuses her just a little bit.]

[ Ilsa will tilt her head, considering the Mayfield demographics. ]

Were you not human before? Human skin can be durable, but at the same time it's fragile under certain conditions.

[ Taking the other bottle of sunscreen she has in her bag, she pours some out into her hand, and spreads it on her arm, showing Vriska the application technique. ]

The lotion in the bottle is to block the ultraviolet rays from the sun. That way you can stay out longer without your skin reacting to it.

No, I wasn't a lousy goddamn stupid human before. It's so freaking weird. [Whining. She didn't ACTUALLY have a problem with it, just adapting to all this strange human stuff.]

You mean you guys actually need LOTION to protect you from the environment? Laaaaaaaame. [Still, she takes the offered sunscreen and starts applying it. She pauses for a second and looks back at her.] Thanks. I guess.

[ Considering how hard it is for some of her cousins to adapt, Ilsa doesn't bat an eye at the outburst. ]

'sokay, hon. It's a wonder we haven't obliterated ourselves ten times over. Humans, that is.

[ Ilsa continues her application, making sure to get the shoulders and her nose (that might take a while). ]
