What: Sakura has been permanently droned and Zelos has already been replaced. Now that Mami's snapped out of it, Ciel has something to give her before she loses the chance again.

She knew immediately that Mami's droning wasn't permanent. The tip has been very easy to pick up: the ring with the amber-colored gemstone that she showed her once before, the blonde girl's Soul Gem, was still on her finger. Ciel's been here long enough to know that one of the signs of permanent droning is the disappearance of all material regains that the individual in question might have received, so for better or worse, that ruled out Mami from the start.
It's the same way that she also found out about Sakura having left forever; the house key to the Emiya house has disappeared from her keychain. Meaning...
Ah, she was too late. She took too much time, but the phenomenon of droning was also an utterly unpredictable one. There was no use lamenting over something that she can't change, thus all she could do was make the best out of what remains. So while waiting for Mami to become herself again, Ciel's taken that time to finish her little craft project, modified now that the original recipient for it is no longer in Mayfield.
Her "husband" has been replaced since, but before he or Merem can interfere, she'll call Mami aside the moment the younger girl comes down the stairs.
"Good morning, Tomoe-san." She'll greet her politely and warmly as always, by the doorway to the living room before the stairs. The fact that Ciel wasn't seated anywhere and stood by the frame could tip Mami off that she has been waited after; there's possibly an unusual purpose to this.
Mami'll be left to guess on her own for a bit longer. "Have you slept well?"
