[ Archer is pretty much only here because of Rin, and because this seemed like the ideal place to be in at such a time. He's standing in silence somewhere that's not quite in the corner but not part of the crowd with everyone else, his arms crossed and while at first glance his posture as relaxed and as casual as always, he's completely alert and as an on guard as he should be. ]

Archer.

[Somehow, Bazett has finally found her way to this place. She's relieved to see Archer alive. Though she does not know him very well, she knows that he is an ally and appreciates his rational attitude.]

You have survived this disaster too. Have you encountered any clues that might explain what caused this or where these strange revenants came from?

[ Oh-- he definitely doesn't mind seeing her again. Of all people he had to encounter again in here, while she wasn't excepted (meaning he is initially a bit surprised at her presence even if he doesn't show it at all), she wasn't unwelcome in the least either. The first part leads him to silently think surviving disasters is nothing new to me dryly to himself while he takes a much more businesslike and serious approach to things. He shakes his head to answer her questions. ] I'm just as lost on the topic as everyone else seems to be.

That is unfortunate. I myself have not been able to find any clues either.

[She had, however, found a couple of lost children and cannibals hungry for her flesh.]

Your master is still alive, but I suppose you already know that. I have not encountered any of my other allies here yet.

[And she had lost sight of even Tohsaka.]

Our current goal is to try to survive. Even if we can fight off the revenants, food might become a problem...

Anyway, have you used the post office recently? If so, did you get any of your powers back? And if you got them back, have you retained them in the wake of this crisis?

[ He gives a quiet, serious nod. ]

The post office? ...Ah, that's right, they mentioned that in the letter. But no, I have not done that. I wouldn't recommend it either, if what I read is true and the price to getting something back could be anything at all.

Ah.

[If Archer is still powerless, then it means that he is currently roughly equal to her in terms of fighting ability. At least, that was the impression she got from fighting the Archer Card. With his mind intact, his fighting style would perhaps make him stronger than her.]

Then I would suggest you be careful. Even as a Heroic Spirit, the copy of you from my world was awfully fragile.

[Besides the issue of both of them being stuck as relatively strong humans, there was also the matter of weapons.]

Do you or your Master have any experiences with modern weaponry? I have seen people taking the revenants' weapons for their own use. They certainly have better range and power than the makeshift weapons that we have. I would have taken one of these "guns" if I knew how to use it.

Same to you. I don't know anything about your powers, but for a magus, to take away their magic would still leave them with quite the handicap.

... While guns, mobile weaponry and other modern weapons are outside my area of expertise, I have had some limited experience with them. [ Back when he was human, he got to try them out once or twice at least. While much more convenient and generally better as weapons, they didn't really work out well with his Origin being Sword and all. ] As for Rin, I doubt she has even the slightest bit of experience with them, or that she's willing to learn. Still, it's better than having no weapon at all.

I will to my best to avoid anything too dangerous.

[The problem is that she has a vague definition of "too" dangerous.]

At least one of us knows how to fire a gun without blowing their own face off. I do have an ally called Snake who is apparently a soldier skilled with firearms, but I have yet to encounter him here.

[So like her, Tohsaka was powerless and had no knowledge of guns. This was a worrying development.]

We will have to watch your master closely then. In terms of hand to hand combat, she is below me in ability. I do not know about her sister's power level, but she seems weaker than Tohsaka. In addition, Tohsaka has a tendency to be reckless in her attempts to protect her loved ones and, if what you say is true, has a tendency to mess up at important points. From what I know, she and her sister seem to be the weakest members of our group, so we will need to protect them.
