[ Meiling knocks on the door, standing bleary-eyed in the hallway, still in her jammies.

Maaaan, her alarm doesn't go off for another half hour. ] Wazzallatracket? [ There might have been words in there. ]

I'm not certain... but the drones are noticing it. They usually ignore strange things.

Hah. [ Headscratch, she leans backward, looking to the door to the drone "son"'s room, eying it critically. ] Kinda creepy.

Mm. [ She leans with her back on the door-frame. ] I shouldn't miss work, though... [ As much as she just wanted to crawl back under her covers; only now with the pillow over her head, instead of under it. ]

[ Yawning. ] Uh-huh! Janitor at the school. Got a call saying they missed me last week and I really should call in if I'm going to miss out...

[ A puzzled look, directed at the ground. ] They talked like I've been at this a while, which is so weird.
