[Early on Friday morning, certain individuals all throughout town will be receiving a letter addressed to them from the Mayfield Census Bureau. It appears to be a somewhat strange letter; only the individual it was intended for will be able to open it, and once opened, it will appear blank to everyone but the intended recipient.
