The holidays have been almost unbearable. Megamind has no idea where he's found the motivation to keep trudging on with his life in Mayfield. At least back home he could do something about his situation and have fun with it. There's no such option here. His friends wouldn't talk to him and some wouldn't even acknowledge him. Having generally avoided people (especially after finding out that someone might be out to kill him), Megamind hasn't quite yet caught on that everything is back to normal.
He left work early and has been staring nervously at the mail that arrived today. Paranoia has kept him from opening anything lately, though he knows he'll have to eventually. You know, to pay bills and stuff.
