Regains
Occasionally, after an event's end, the participating townspeople will be rewarded by regaining the possessions and abilities they lost during their arrival in Mayfield. The old "store" system has been replaced by a new "mail" system. OOCly, we will mention whether regains have been approved or not, and for who; if applicable, that character will receive a package in the mail addressed from the town mayor. Upon opening it, the package will contain either the tangible item in question or a small card depicting a picture of the intangible item, which will upon contact be restored.
The marking on the package varies depending on your choice. If you want your character to be aware of what it is they are regaining, the package's content will be marked; if you want them to be surprised, it won't be. If you want your character to ICly refuse the regain, the package will be marked, and they have the option of simply not opening it.
As with the old system, comment here with the item or ability in question your character is regaining. Please await approval before assuming the regain has happened. The mods reserve the right to nerf particularly game-breaking regains, and if a character misuses a regain in public view, it will likely be taken away and must be regained again.

If it isn't something immediately obvious even to someone who doesn't know your canon, a brief explanation on exactly what the regain is and the scope of what it can do will be needed. If you don't provide this, we'll have to request it, meaning you'll need to wait longer for approval.
