I'm at a plateau point when it comes to my weight loss progress. Caine and SCaRE were probably not helpful as my traveling to cons is a recipe for not exercising and eating restaurant food. Plateauing happens. My suggestion is keep the diet at a constant, but change up the exercise. Apparently (not an expert at all here), your body gets used to exercise motions. So change up the exact exercise your doing by replacing it that fulfills the same purpose. Changing out your elliptical for another cardio (if feasible, cardio is the hardest to swap for pragmatic reasons often). Swap out your ab workout routine for a different one that still hits all the same muscles (this is often much more feasible as there are lots of different workouts available for the same part of the body with similar/minimal weight/machine requirements).

I was doing zumba all through the fall when I had time/money to go to a gym. It was pretty darn fun, but was clearly aerobics styled as latin dancing, and not a night at a dance club every evening.

That being said, the dancing is fun, the music is often great and modern, and it was definitely one of the more enjoyable aerobics classed I'd taken in a long time. I'd say it's certainly worth a try. I wish they had daytime classes now that I could take with my work schedule.
