I'm home after 6 days in the hospital. The doctor didn't want me to go home at all. I was on 12000mg antibiotics via IV for the past few days. They still prescribed a LOT of antibiotics for the next two weeks

Thank yous! Now I wont be so bored, I can just take my time and enjoy being home and doing my own thing. Once I get my bed sheets cleaned >.> The cat marked me as hers while I was gone. She freaked out.

Thankees. Yah, glad to be home. I feel a ton better, have been feeling great. Just hate hospitals and they didn't want to let me go. :/ cuz part of my leg is still red.

Eeep, so, what was the prognosis? MRSA or just some random infection in your leg?

It wasn't staph of any type, but because that was the original start of the leg problems, they wanted to make sure I was 100% before leaving the hospital. I did have the non-MRSA version about 4 years ago, then cellulitis last year. So they were being overly cautious. I forget all what antibiotics I was on while in there, but I have to take Augmentin twice a day for the next two weeks.
Fun fun!

At least I'm home though. Got sooo bored and it was uncomfortable to sleep.
