Massu looks soo kawaii!
I've been trying to change my layout and put a picture permanently on it but am failing miserably so pleease can you give me step by step intructions on how to do it??? >__<

I'm not sure what type of layout you're going for, but maybe this might help?
From the main livejournal page go to journal > journal style > scroll down to customize selected theme > custom CSS > then paste this into the large box, but you'll have to replace the capitalized stuff with whatever size and url of your image

height: HEIGHT OF HEADER IMAGEpx;
